John's entry into the World of Property Development was a natural progression from his combined history in the Earthworks and Civil Construction industry, commencing in 1963.
Having grown up in a family steeped in the intricacies of both industries, learning side by side his own father, as John's family continues to do today.
This background provided John with a solid foundation of knowledge and skill, invaluable throughout his Property Development Career and sought to remain true to his legacy for future generations.
In 2004, John took a decisive step into property development along side his family, choosing the Sunshine Coast to call home.
The region, with its growing population and scenic landscapes presented an ideal opportunity for someone with his expertise and vision.
